How can I Request For A Consultation?

Please read all the information below before requesting for a Consultation. Then when you are ready, you can request for a consultation by clicking here  (palagyan na lang ng icon na pwede sila magbook ng appointment)  

Is There a Charge for the Consultation?

Yes. The charge for the consultation is $398. The consultation fee may be paid via credit card, debit card, or bank to bank wire transfer. You can make payments through our website.

Do I need to fill out any forms or produce any documents for my consultation?

Yes. Prior to your consultation, there is an initial phone call to gather some information to check if we can provide assistance with your problem. Then, if this is something that we can help with, we will send you an invoice  to settle your payment for the initial consultation fee. Once paid, we will send you the online questionnaire. This must be completed prior to your initial consultation.   

NOTE: PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL SEND YOU THE EMAIL WITH A LINK TO FILL OUT OUR ONLINE INTAKE QUESTIONNAIRE ONLY AFTER THE $398 INITIAL CONSULTATION FEE IS PAID.

What should I Do To Prepare For The Consultation?

You need to fill out the online questionnaire that we will be sending to your email address. Please complete the form with your utmost attention. After that, our office will reach out to you to schedule your initial consultation with the attorney. In case you are not available at the given date and time, you must notify our office at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment.

If I Decide To Retain Your Services, How Much Are The Legal Fees For My Case?

The fees charged after the initial consultation will depend on the nature, complexity, and extent of the services to be provided; this will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The attorney conducting the consultation will provide estimated fee for the necessary work that is required; but only after a full review of your case and a clear understanding of how you would like to proceed moving forward.
