How can I Request For A Consultation?

Do I need to fill out any forms or produce any documents for my consultation?
Yes. Prior to your consultation, we will send you an email with a link that will allow you to fill out our online Initial Intake Questionnaire. You will also be given instructions on how to submit copies of documents that our licensed Attorneys will need to review prior to the consultation: i.e. copy of the owner’s original title (for real property in the Philippines), signed extra-judicial settlements (if applicable), and other required documents that pertain to your case.
Is There A Charge For The Consultation?
Yes. The charge for the consultation is $398.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL SEND YOU THE EMAIL WITH LINK TO FILL OUT OUR ONLINE INTAKE QUESTIONNAIRE ONLY AFTER THE $398 INITIAL CONSULTATION FEE IS PAID.
What should I Do To Prepare For The Consultation?
After we receive your payment and you have completed our online Intake Questionnaire, our office will inform you of your consultation schedule. You will given a day and time for this consultation. You must notify our office at least 48 hours in advance if you cannot make your scheduled consultation.
You also must completely fill out the Intake Questionnaire. If there are any missing information or documents that needs to be reviewed, we will need to reschedule your appointment after all items are complete.
What Is The Process For The Consultation?
The consultation will be up to one hour in length and is conducted by one of our experienced and licensed attorneys via a phone conference call, Zoom, or Messenger. The Attorney will explain the entire process and what will be required to properly administer (and/or plan for) Philippine based Asset(s). The Attorney will also answer all your questions regarding your specific case .
If I Decide To Retain Your Services, How Much Are The Legal Fees For My Case?
The fees charged after the initial consultation will depend on the nature, complexity, and extent of the services to be provided; this will be determined on a case by case basis. The Attorney conducting the consultation will provide an estimated fee for the necessary work that is required; but only after having a full review of your case and a clear understanding of how you would like to proceed moving forward.
