Edward Cainglit, Esq.
Atty. Cainglit is a licensed California Attorney (Bar #259539) with offices in Southern California. He graduated from the University of Southern California and Whittier Law School. While attending law school, he was a clinical instructor and course director at the Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John E. Ryan of the US District Court for the Central District of California. He maintains a practice with a primary focus in trust, estate planning, and probate. He comes from a large Filipino family and understands how each family has a unique dynamic and circumstances. He is proud to represent many Filipino families in their estate planning. He is committed in helping them understand that the foundation of estate planning is not just saving tax dollars and legal fees, but also appreciating the value of estate planning for themselves and their loved ones.

H. Rey C. Gervacio, Ph.D.
Dr. Gervacio is a licensed California attorney (Bar #176812) since 1995. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. He obtained his S.J.D. (Doctor of Juridical Science degree equivalent to the Ph.D. in Law) and two LL.M degrees (Masters in Tax Law and Masters in International Legal Studies) from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. He received his J.D. (Law Degree) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. In addition to his domestic trust and estates practice in the United States, Dr. Gervacio has also helped many US individuals from various parts of the US with their Philippine inheritance matters over the past several years. He is based in the South bay of the San Francisco Bay Area.
